Public-private partnerships

Five reports about public-private partnerships (PPP) for highways have
been released by the Council of Deputy Ministers Responsible for
Transportation and Highway Safety. Key findings are that PPP can reduce
life-cycle costs or increase the net socio-economic benefits of highway
projects.
